Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.dkpsshop.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Delivery shall be within 4-5 working days depending upon your delivery location.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Product prices are inclusive of shipping charges till your destination. Products would be dispatched through reputed courier agency such as DTDC, Shree Maruti, Delhivery, TCI, Track ON etc.… through land mode services. For major cities, the products would be delivered as door delivery. However, in case of remote locations, no-service zones, or restricted zones, the products need to be collected from your nearby courier branch.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Damages:
www.dkpsshop.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside India.
