Do you ship to other countries outside India?

We currently do not ship outside India.
What shipping method do you use?

Products would be dispatched through reputed courier agency such DTDC, Shree Maruti, Delhivery, TCI, Track ON etc.… through land mode services. For major cities, the products would be delivered as door delivery. However, in case of remote location or no-service zones or restricted zones, the products need to be collected from your nearby courier branch.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
How much does shipping cost?

The prices of the product are inclusive of the freight charges.

We have partnered with reputed local courier agencies and the same would be selected as per your Shipping location.

How safe is my payment transfer?

Our payment gateway is partnered with Razorpay and our account with ICICI Bank. We assure you that your payment is in safe hands.
Do I get refund if I order something by mistake?

We accept returns for unused, unopened products that are in the same condition as you received them within seven (7) days of receipt. However, if we have shipped the correct part and it arrives in good condition, you will be required to pay the shipping cost back to us, and the amount we refunded will be less our actual shipping charges.

Can I charge any lithium batteries with Victron brand chargers?

Please check the datasheet of the chargers for lithium compatibility. Also, please check in the battery specification for recommended battery voltage for charging and storage mode. Required changes to be carried out as per the manuals supplied with the product.
Do you supply Solar Panels of brand Victron?

No, we dont intend to supply Solar panels of brand Victron in India. There are many suppliers of solar panels in India and you can opt for any reputed brand.
What if we need the Victron products which are not listed on this website?

You will have to send us an email with the product photo and/or part no., and we shall upload the product on the webstore within 2 working days. Whereas formal offer would be sent within 1 business day.

What is the lead time for no-stock items?

14-20 working days after reciept of request through email, subject to custom clearance.

Can I get discounts on bulk purchase?

How do I ensure that the products supplied are genuine?

We are the authorized dealer/ distributor for the Victron products in India. All the products sourced by us are sourced from the OEM directly.
How do I select the charger controller or MPPT?

You need to shortlist the solar panels first. Taking the data available on the panel datasheet into consideration (such as Voc, Isc, Vmpp, Impp) you can visit the link: https://www.victronenergy.com/mppt-calculator and enter the details in the calculator.

You can select the sequence of the panels - series or parallel which will help you identify the MPPt suitable for your application.
How much time will it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
What are the warranty on the products of brand VICTRON?

Victron Energy warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase by the user.

Exceptions on this are: lead-acid batteries; 2 years from date of purchase by the end-user, Lithium batteries; 3 years from date of purchase by the end-user. In addition to this, proof of correct battery usage is required when making a battery warranty claim.
